We will be having a traditional church ceremony at St. Mary of Eton Church in Hackney Wick, followed by a relaxed reception at one of our favourite local cocktail bars, Little Mercies.

Transport will be provided between the two venues.

Reception

Our wedding reception will be a chilled, low key affair at one of our favourite local cocktail bars, Little Mercies in Crouch End. We’ll have delicious food, great drinks, and plenty of dancing.

Important note: We regret to share with you that children are not permitted in the reception venue.

FAQ

What should I wear? We will have a pink encouraged theme. So please feel free to wear something Pink to help us celebrate. The Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail. Think: polished, but comfortable enough to hit the dance floor.

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception? After the “I dos,” we’ll head to the party. Transportation will be provided between the ceremony and reception venues.

Can I bring a guest? Due to capacity at the venues and on the transportation provided, please check your invitation for details on plus ones.

Are kids invited? This will be an adults-only evening. We love your little ones and they are welcome at the ceremony, but the reception is grown ups only due to the reception venue being a cocktail bar.

Where do I park? There is no on-site parking available at either the ceremony or reception venues. We kindly ask guests to use the provided transportation for travel between the ceremony and reception. The closest train station to the ceremony venue will be Hackney Wick Train station. We’ll have transportation organised for all guests between the ceremony and reception.

Where should I stay? We’re so excited to welcome guests from near and far, especially those flying in from overseas! Airbnb is a great option. There are plenty of lovely flats and houses available in Crouch End, Muswell Hill, and Hornsey, which are the closest areas to the reception venue. If you need any more help with this, please reach out.

Can I gift you guys something? Honestly, just having you there to celebrate with us is the best gift we could ask for. However, if you do wish to give a gift, we would appreciate contributions towards our honeymoon fund or items from our registry.
